Hairstylist Erin Anderson described the look she created for TRESemm at Yigal Azourl Friday afternoon as a “play on a classic ponytail.”

Hair was first pulled into tight ponytails, then looped downward and brought back through elastic bands to form a sort of bun with flyaways. The hair reemerged under the buns into straight lengths over the nape of the neck.

“They bounced when the girls walked,” Anderson said of the ponytails. “It wasn’t overly done. It was effortless but put-together.”
